Patterson Portfolio Limited has been trading since 2005 and is a family-owned business, we have over 100 residential rental properties in our portfolio, many of which are in the south east. We also have 7 student properties in Worthing, West Sussex.

I have progressed to Office Manager/PA. My background was mostly PA and Office Manager positions in different industries, such as Event & Fashion Show management, Insurance, Manufacturing, Building and in my very early days the NHS. Since joining Patterson Portfolio I have implemented new procedures and systems and fine-tuned existing ones to ensure efficiency in the office with regards to lettings and maintenance.
