About Us

Patterson Portfolio Limited has been trading since 2005 and is a family-owned business, we have over 100 residential rental properties in our portfolio, many of which are in the south east. We also have 7 student properties in Worthing, West Sussex.

We have outstanding staff with a fast response time to tenant’s issues and enquiries from potential tenants.

GERALDINE LUNN

I joined Patterson Portfolio in February 2009 as an Administrator, I was new to the lettings industry but keen to learn! I have progressed to Office Manager/PA. My background was mostly PA and Office Manager positions in different industries, such as Event & Fashion Show management, Insurance, Manufacturing, Building and in my very early days the NHS. Since joining Patterson Portfolio I have implemented new procedures and systems and fine-tuned existing ones to ensure efficiency in the office with regards to lettings and maintenance.

TRACEY BROWN

I joined Patterson Portfolio in November 2017, this is my first experience working in property lettings having previously worked in banking and in advertising for a local newspaper group. I am enjoying my role having responsibility for property maintenance, check in/check outs and monthly visits to the student properties. I live locally to the office with my family and have two children and two cats. At the weekends you will usually find me following my football team, Brighton & Hove Albion around the country, I also enjoy walking and spending time with my family & friends.
